Letters from Prison Chaplains

Letters from Prison Chaplains

From the Chaplain at Kern Valley State Prison in California:
"Thank you and May God Bless you and all there. Yes, definitely if you may, please, send us for the Chapel Library any book could help us to learn and know more of the history and humanity. In advance, thank you and blessings from God to you all."

"I happened to stumble upon your website after researching possible donation avenues for our hindu inmate population and I am glad that I found your organization. We will gladly accept any amount of books you can spare. Our immigration population has increased in recent months so there is a growing need for religious books of all denominations. I will gladly inform our inmates of the correspondence courses as well. I'm sure they will be excited to learn of this resource. As for volunteering, I would love to have someone from the Hindu faith begin a group with our inmates. Perhaps there is someone from your organization who lives nearby who may have some free time? Again thanks for your help."
Peace and Blessings,
James, Volunteer Coordinator
Bristol County Sheriff's Office
